- It's 1 kg of Mutton.
- You need 2 nos of Large size potato.
- You need 2 tbsp of Ginger, Garlic paste.
- You need 4 tbsp of Onion paste.
- You need 1 cup of onion Slice.
- You need to taste or 1 tbsp of Salt.
- It's 1/1/2 tbsp or to taste of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 2 tbsp of Coriander powder.
- Prepare Cloves of 6 nos.
- Prepare 1 stick of Cinnamon.
- Prepare 2 nos of Bay leaf.
- It's 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
- You need 2 nos of Black cardamom.
- You need 6 nos of Green cardamom.
- It's 2 tbsp of Desi ghee.
- You need 4 tbsp of Mustard oil.
- You need as needed of Coriander for garnish.

- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the sliced onion till golden. Keep aside. Now open the lid and add potato, fried onion and kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix well and stir continuously. Cook for 5 minutes then add 1/1 /2 glass water and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat..
- Switch off the gas, Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati, rice or parantha..
