  1. In a large bowl add fenugreek leaves radish maize flour wheat flour green chilli coriander leaves oil salt carom seeds red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well..
  2. Slowly add water/buttermilk and make a stiff and pliable dough. The dough should be little stiffer than roti dough..
  3. Grease oil all over the dough and leave it aside for half an hour..
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai over low flame..
  5. Make small rounds out of it and flatten it into small puri's applying oil or flour..
  6. Roll it carefully taking care to avoid the folds firming while making puris..
  7. Deep fry in medium heat oil until it puffs up..
  8. Serve hot with potato masala curry sweet curd raita or chutney..
