- In a large bowl add fenugreek leaves radish maize flour wheat flour green chilli coriander leaves oil salt carom seeds red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well..
- Slowly add water/buttermilk and make a stiff and pliable dough. The dough should be little stiffer than roti dough..
- Grease oil all over the dough and leave it aside for half an hour..
- Heat oil in a kadhai over low flame..
- Make small rounds out of it and flatten it into small puri's applying oil or flour..
- Roll it carefully taking care to avoid the folds firming while making puris..
- Deep fry in medium heat oil until it puffs up..
- Serve hot with potato masala curry sweet curd raita or chutney..
