  1. Add oil in pressure cooker.then add onion fry until golden brown,add g,g paste fry with onion for 30 second.now add tomatoes and green chillies,Also add all spices.cook until tomatoes get tender and mix with spices.add mutton, fry with spice masala for 10 minutes.
  2. Now add 2 cup of water and cover pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes after whistle..
  3. After 10 minutes open cooker and cook for 5 minutes on high heat.when oil gets saparate.,turn off the heat.Garnish with ginger and fresh coriander.serve with naan and roti.yummy😋.
