- For the sugar syrup heat 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan..
- Give it a boil. Add lemon juice and kewra or Orange Blossom water..
- Simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat..
- For the cheese roll heat 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water in a pan..

- Add kewra and orange blossom water and cook till cheese melts completely and the mixture becomes thick homogeneous mixture..
