Ingredients of Vegan chowmien

  1. It's 250 gms of noodles.
  2. You need 2 of onions (cut into julienne).
  3. You need 1 of Capsicum (red green and yellow).
  4. You need 1 of carrot(thinly cut).
  5. You need few of Mushrooms.
  6. It's 1/4 cup of Cabbage(shredded).
  7. You need few of Garlic(chopped).
  8. You need 3 of green chillies (chopped And add some water).
  9. You need 1/2 spoon of black pepper.
  10. You need 1/2 spoon of oreganos.
  11. You need 1/2 spoon of vinegar.
  12. Prepare 2 spoons of - soya sauce.
  13. It's 1 spoon of chilli sauce.
  14. Prepare 1/2 spoon of tomato sauce.
  15. Prepare as per taste of Salt.
  16. You need 4-5 spoons of oil.

Vegan chowmien instructions

  1. Put the noodles in warm water to boil. Drain and set it aside by adding a few drops of oil to avoid it to stick.
  2. In a pan add 4-5 spoons of oil and let it heat.Once it is done add garlic,chillies and vegetables to saute..
  3. Add the noodles,all the spices,pour the sauces to the veggies and mix it well..
  4. Toss it and let it hangout for a bit so that Noodles absorb the spices well..
  5. Serve and enjoy..
