- It's - 2 Cans of Tuna.
- It's 1 of Onion Big (Finely Chopped).
- It's 1 of Tomato Medium size (Finely chopped).
- It's 1 ½ Teaspoons of Chilli Powder.
- Prepare ½ Teaspoon of Pepper Powder.
- You need ½ Teaspoon of Garam Masala.
- It's 1/4 Cup of Coconut Grated.
- Prepare of 2 Sprigs of Curry Leaves.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
Tuna Masala step by step
- Heat oil in a pan..
- Add the finely chopped onions. Saute till onions becomes soft..
- Add Curry leaves. Saute for 2-3 minutes..
- Add finely chopped tomatoes and the spices (chilli powder, pepper powder).
- Cover and cook till the tomatoes are soft..
- Now add the drained tuna and mix everything well. Cook everything for 12 - 15 minutes. (You can see the masala is dry by this time).
- Add coconut to the above and mix well..
- Add garam masala and mix everything well. Cook for another 4-6 minutes..
