- Prepare 1/2 kg of Mutton.
- Prepare 1 of oinon sliced.
- It's 1 tsp of Garlic paste.
- You need 1/2 cup of yogurt.
- You need 3 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of fennel powder.
- It's 1 tsp of dry ginger powder.
- It's Pinch of asafoetida (hing).
- It's 1/2 of cinnamon stick.
- It's 2 of black cardamom.
- You need 2 of green cardamom.

- Add water or chicken broth as per the consistency of the curry you want,I have used chicken broth..
- Cover the lid and let it cook,if you don't want to pressure cook then it will take 30 to 35 minutes otherwise pressure cook it until soft..
- Gravy is medium thick turn of the flame..
- Garnish with green coriander leaves..
