- For red tikka take cube chickn pieces marinate with tikka tandoori masala,salt,lemonjuice,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder and 1tbsp butter and keep it marinate for atls for 1 hour take skewrs or long tooth pick and put 1chickn piece 1dicedonion piece 1diced capsicum piece again repeat atls 3steps keep it aside.
- Then for green tikka take coriander and pudina leaves,coconut pieces,salt,greenchilli, ginger garlic paste put it in a mixie and grind and make paste then take chickn put chutney,lemonjuice,freshcream,curd, and 1tbsp butter marination is ready keep it for 1 hour and then take skewrs or long tooth pick put 1tika piece 1diced onion and capsicum repeat til 3steps and keep it ready.
