- Prepare 3 tbsp of olive oil.
- Prepare 1 large of spanish onion or four shallots , finely chopped.
- It's 2 clove of garlic, large, crushed.
- Prepare 3 medium of medium sized bell peppers, seeded and chopped.
- You need 2 packages of of marinated cubed tofu, (I use cauldron).
- It's 3 tbsp of sweet or Hungarian paprika.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of caraway seeds.
- It's 1 large of ripe tomato, seeded ,cored and chopped.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of freshly chopped coriander.
- It's 1 of or 2 good pinches fresh crushed pepper.
- You need 1 pinch of salt or salt substitute.
- Prepare 1 cup of water.

- in a large pan saute onions until soft.
- in a large pan cook your pasta to your liking, drain keep warn.
- When onions are soft add the crushed garlic and bell peppers.cook until slight crisp turn heat down.
- Add the tofu , cook for about 6 or so minutes..
- Sprinkle with paprika and caraway seeds ..
- chop , seed and core the tomatoes add to the stew ,simmer until soft, season with salt and pepper ,add the coriander..
- Add a little water at the time to keep from burning and to get creamy consistency. If you want more sauce you can use some powdered mushroom soup but you have to check your seasoning.
- do not use canned soup if using , sprinkle a little soup powder over stew and add a little water until you have it just to your liking, if using soup add extra of the mild paprika to maintain a nice reddish to burned orange colour..
