Ingredients of Oriental Broth

  1. Prepare 600 ml of boiled water.
  2. Prepare 1 of vegetable stock cube.
  3. You need 15 g of dried porcini mushrooms.
  4. It's 35 g of ginger root.
  5. You need 3 of spring onions.
  6. It's 2 tsp of miso paste.
  7. It's 2 tsp of mirin.
  8. It's 1 tbsp of soy sauce.

  7. Once ready, remove the lid and add the straight to wok noodles. Stir and leave to cook for 5mins..
