- Firstly take a mixing bowl then add mutton, onion paste, tomato paste, garlic cloves, sliced ginger,, gram masala powder, red chilli powder, to taste salt, curd,green cardamom powder, turmeric powder, nutmeg,cumin powder, coriander powder now mix it properly now cover and rest for 30 min.
