- It's 1/2 kg of mutton.

- Prepare 10-12 of thin Ginger slice.

- You need For of Garnish:.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of fried brown Onion.
- You need 1 tbsp of Crushed Cashew.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped corriender.

Mughlai Darbari Gosht step by step
- Heat oil in a pan add sliced onion,fry till brown in colour.
- Now add mutton and mix well till change the mutton colour.
- Now add ginger and garlic paste and mix for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add tomato paste and stir again, Now add salt, turmeric and chilli powder and again cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup water gradually and stir in between cover and cook untill mutton is tender.
- Now add grind cashew and spices paste and mix.
- Add water (required consistency of shorba) and mix, Now cover and cook on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
- For Tempting, heat pure ghee in a pan add sliced ginger and Crushed cashew.
- Now pour this hot tempting in mutton pan and cover it..
- Now Mughalai Darbari gosht is ready to serve, Garnish with some brown onion,crushed cashew and with chopped coriander leaves..
