Cinnamon rolls 2 step by step
- In a bowl add warm milk, water, sugar and yeast set it aside for 5 mins to proof.
- In another bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add 1 egg to the yeast mixture, oil/butter, add flour in the yeast mixture and kneed well for 8 mins.
- Cover with cling film allow it to double in size for about an hour.
- Now spread your dough and apply oil or butter, add sugar,cinnamon.
- Fold the dough and cut in desired shapes.
- Arrange on the baking tray and cover again with cling film for 15mins, preheat the oven.
- Bake the rolls, for 17mins at 190°.
- Make you vanilla glaze by mixing icing sugar,milk,butter/oil and vanilla essence and pour on the cinnamon rolls.
- Enjoy with a cup of coffee.
