Mini Burger step by step
- Add the salt and ground pepper in the ground beef and mixed well. Then make into 4 small patties..
- Pan fry the bacon until brown & crispy. Then Use the bacon fat in the pan to fry the portobello mushrooms for about 5 mins..
- Set aside the cooked bacon and portobello mushrooms. In a clean pan, fry the beef patties with some olive oil. When the beef is almost done, place the slices of cheddar cheese on top of each patty..
