  1. Clean all greens, wash and chopped them..

  6. Saute it for 5 min. Close the lid for 2 min. Mix it and crush the greens with spatula so that all ingredients will come together..
  7. Saute it till oil get released. Lastly add salt. Mix it and serve hot..
  8. Serve with makki di roti, rice or normal roti, naan, and enjoy.

I have done Methi Thepla, but this is the first time to make Mooli Thepla. Healthy radish with mild spices in Indian bread served with plain curd or dal is a dainty dish.
