  7. Turn the gas off and let all the steam out..
  8. Add the beaten curd and finally cook for 20-25 mins again on a high flame or cook till the gravy thickens. if you don't find the mutton tender enough you can increasing the cooking time..
  9. Garnish it with ginger Juliennes and serve hot with Tawa chapati or naan..
