Ingredients of Gobi Matar Aloo
- You need 1 of cauliflower medium size.
- Prepare 2 of potatoes.
- You need 2 of big tomatoes.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of green peas.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of haldi (Turmeric)powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 1/2 tsp of jeera(cumin seeds).
- You need 1/4 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder.
Gobi Matar Aloo instructions
- Wash and chop the potatoes and cauliflower into medium pieces and keep aside..
- In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add jeera and chopped potatoes and fry slightly till u get red spots..
- Then add chopped cauliflower and saute for 5-7 mins..
- Add green peas..
- Add all masalas and chopped tomatoes and salt and mix well..
- Sprinkle few drops of water and cover and cook on low flame till potatoes are soft..
- Serve hot with roti..
