  1. You need 1 of cauliflower medium size.
  2. Prepare 2 of potatoes.
  3. You need 2 of big tomatoes.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of green peas.
  5. You need to taste of Salt.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  7. It's 1/4 tsp of haldi (Turmeric)powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of garam masala.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of jeera(cumin seeds).
  11. You need 1/4 tsp of kashmiri chilli powder.

Gobi Matar Aloo instructions

  1. Wash and chop the potatoes and cauliflower into medium pieces and keep aside..
  2. In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add jeera and chopped potatoes and fry slightly till u get red spots..
  3. Then add chopped cauliflower and saute for 5-7 mins..
  4. Add green peas..
  5. Add all masalas and chopped tomatoes and salt and mix well..
  6. Sprinkle few drops of water and cover and cook on low flame till potatoes are soft..
  7. Serve hot with roti..
