- Prepare 1 cup of grated radish.
- It's 1 cup of rice flour.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger chilli paste.

- You need 2 tbsp of chopped coriander.
- You need as required of Oil for deep frying.

- Heat a pan add radish, cumin seeds, carom seeds, salt, ginger chilli paste, coriander and rice flour mix well..
- Now, transfer this mixture into a plate and let it cool down..
- Knead it into a dough..
- Now heat oil in a kadhai..
- Make small balls from the dough and roll out into round puris..
- Deep fry puri/Murauri till golden brown..
- Serve hot muli ki Murauri with chutney..
