  2. For making jaggery rice -- in a vessel heat ghee,add fennal seeds and green cardamom stir,add 1,1/2 or 2 cup of water, chopped almonds, coconut and jagerry,let it boil and then add rice stir well and cook for 8 -10 mins or until rice cooked completely..

Sai Bhaji is best served in dinner with fried potatoes,crispy and some salad. Best combination is with Green garlic rice or Bhugge chawar or Tairi. It is a must to make on Teejri.
