  1. Place a pot on fire with water in it,allow to boil and gradually add in d yam flour, turn vigorously to avoid lumps,cover and allow to semmer for 3minute,then turn again and keep in warmer.
  2. Clean and wash d leaves very well,with d help of blender and little water,blend ayoyo leave and pour into a clean pot,add Eru,grind egusi,potash and allow to boil,frequently turn with spoon to develop d drawing consistency, allow to cook for 3min,then remove from fire.
  3. In absent of blender you can use short cooking broom to beat d Ayoyo leaves when cooked on fire.
  4. Cut,wash d cow tail meat and marinate,add chopped onion,seasoning and other spices and allow to cook for 40min,fry meat in hot oil and drain in colander,in a clean pot add palm oil allow to hot very well,add chopped onion,blended tomatoes and pepper, cover and allow to cook.
  5. Add in tomato pury in case pepper is too much, when cooked,correct d seasoning and add in d fry cow tail meat and cook for another 5min.
  6. Remove from heat and serve with d already prepared Amala and Ewedu soup.
