- You need 1 cup of Pumpkin diced.
- It's 1 cup of Purple yam diced.
- It's 1/2 cup of Green peas.
- It's 1/2 cup of Beans.
- It's 1 cup of Potatoes.
- You need 1 cup of Cabbage.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Chana dal soaked.
- It's 1/2 cup of Carrot.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Coriander leaves.
- It's 2 of Onion cut in big size.
- It's 2 of fish head fried.
- You need 2 of Tomato diced.
- It's 10-12 pods of Garlic.
- You need 4-5 of Red chilli.
- It's 1" of Ginger piece.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Zeera.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Dhaniya.
- Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
- Prepare 1 inch of Cinnamon stick.
- It's 1 tablespoon of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of meat masala.
Machha Chhencheda step by step
- In a pressure cooker add 4 tablespoon of oil add cinnamon stick and bay leaf and onion and saute.
- Now add ginger garlic, dhaniya and zeera paste and saute.
- Now add soaked chana dal add haldi,salt and red chilli powder.
- Now add tomatoes and crushed garlic chilli paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the vegetables.
- Add 1 tsp meat masala and sauté for 5 mins.
- Add water if required and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
- Open the cooker and add the crushed fish heads and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve.
