Ingredients of Aalu Gobi sabji
- It's 3 of potato cut in normal size.
- You need 1 of small cauliflower/ gobi cut in normal size.
- Prepare 1 tbspn of oil.
- You need 1 of tspn ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 2-3 of green chillies chopped.
- Prepare 1 of tspn cumin seeds.
- You need of Salt as per taste.
- It's 1 of tspn red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 of n half tspn turmeric powder.
- Prepare 2 of tspn coriander powder.
- You need 1 of tspn amchur powder (optional).
- Prepare of Chopped coriander for garnishing.
- Prepare Pinch of asafoetida.
Aalu Gobi sabji step by step
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed and asafoetida than add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute them for few seconds...
- Now add the cauliflower/Gobi and saute it for 2 mints and than add the cut patatoes add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder mix well and cover it.. Let it cook for 7-8 mints.. Than add salt and mix it.. Cook it fir more 2-3 mints and switch off the flame and let it be cover for more 20 mints...
- Now add amchur powder n mix well and garnish it with coriander leaves.. Our aalu Gobi sabji is ready to serve enjoy it with roti or paratha...
