- Gather all your ingredients.
- In one bowl pour in the flour, nutmeg, cloves and baking soda. Mix them all together and set aside.
- In another big bowl, add your egg, sugar, mashed banana and yogurt and whisk them together till they are will mixed.
- Pour your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients mix and start kneading. Add the vegetable oil in the process.
- Keep kneading until the dough i smooth, soft and not sticking to your hands. Cover the dough with cling film or wet kitchen cloth and let it sit for 20-30minutes.
- After resting, roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut to your preferred shape..
- In a deep frying pot, heat some oil till it is hot enough.
