  1. You need 1 of large Carolina Reaper pepper (or 2 if you think you can take it).
  2. It's 1 of med-large JalapeƱo pepper.
  3. Prepare 1 can of diced tomatoes (such as Ro-Tel).
  4. You need 1/4 cup of Cider Vinegar.
  5. You need 6 oz of Chopped Red Onion.
  6. Prepare 3 cloves of Chopped Garlic (or minced).
  7. You need of Garlic Salt (to taste).

  1. Roughly chop the peppers, onion, and garlic and place in processor or blender and blend until finely diced.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and liquefy..
  3. Place in sauce pan and bring to a light boil. Reduce to a low simmer for 20-25 mins covered.
  4. Return to blender and liquify further until there are no chunks or seeds visible.
  5. Pour through a fine strainer into a jar or measuring cup so just the liquid remains. (I would not use cheesecloth because you will get a very watery liquid instead of a sauce.).
