Ram laddoo step by step

  1. Rinse and Soak both dals in enough water for at least 4-5hrs or overnight..
  2. Strain the excess water..
  3. Grind the dals along with ginger, green chilli,salt.(The batter should not be thin or flowy.. thick consistency,so add water according to it).
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai,and add the batter by spoon,one by one and fry all the laddus/pakoras on medium heat till light golden brown and crisp..
  5. Remove all the pakoras,on a tissue paper....
  6. Plating:-In a plate,keep the pakoras/ram laddus,topped wdh grated radish,sprinkle green chutney, drizzle roasted cumin powder, chaat masala,some salt..
  7. Ram laddus are ready to eat..
